Nadine Broghammer

Nadine Broghammer is an experienced Agile Coach and organizational consultant with a strong passion for transformation, collaboration, and modern ways of working. She serves as an Agile and DevOps Coach at Swiss Post, where she supports teams and business units in implementing sustainable change and turning human potential into tangible business success.

Nadine brings many years of experience in management consulting and leading complex projects. She has worked with Swiss and international organizations, lived in different countries, and experienced cross-cultural collaboration firsthand. Her industry expertise spans highly regulated wealth management banking and healthcare, as well as transportation, streaming, mobility, and construction. Her work lies at the intersection of strategic decision-making, disruptive technology initiatives, and teams collaborating to develop sustainable solutions. Holding a Master's degree in Business Administration, complemented by advanced education in leadership, agility, and coaching, she approaches her work with a style that is direct, transparent, and deeply rooted in the human dynamics of real-world teams.

Nadine holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich and has completed further education as a Systemic Organizational Consultant. She is also a certified SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC), as well as a certified Kanban and Scrum Coach. In addition, she has hands-on experience with a wide range of methodologies and frameworks, including Management 3.0, Flight Levels, Holacracy, PMP, HERMES, Liberating Structures, and various other modern collaboration and transformation approaches.

Alongside her role at Swiss Post, Nadine is actively involved in the international tech and Agile community. She is a co-organizer of the annual DevOpsDays Zurich conference and co-host of the DevOps Meetup in Bern. She regularly speaks at local and international conferences on topics such as transformation, leadership, team performance, and modern organizational development.
