Leading SAFe teaches the foundations of the Scaled Agile Framework from a leadership perspective. Over two days, participants learn how Lean-Agile principles work beyond single teams at the program and portfolio level, how an Agile Release Train operates and what role leadership plays in an agile transformation. We deliver the course as an internal (private) training directly inside your organisation – tailored to your context.

Certification
After the course and a passed online exam, participants receive the SAFe Agilist (SA) certification.
We deliver SAFe courses as internal (private) trainings – led by a certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC).
