Servant Leadership Role Workshop

A team workshop where all servant-leadership roles of your framework (e.g. a SAFe ART or Solution) jointly clarify tasks, processes and expectations – playfully through role-play, facilitated by an experienced Agile Coach.

Servant leadership is a leadership philosophy with one goal: to serve the team. In this team workshop we bring together all the roles of the framework your organisation has chosen and create transparency about tasks, processes and expectations towards the role holders. Building on the chosen framework – for example SAFe with an ART or a Solution – we work out together which unwritten responsibilities sit in the organisation and how personal accountability and ways of working interact within the team structure. The workshop is not a final version of the role understanding, but a way station in a collaborative learning process.

Our brains learn better and connect content more effectively when we combine a good mix of fun (dopamine) and a little bit of (awe and) apprehension (norepinephrine). That is why we deliberately use a playful, activating format.

The actual course content may differ from the above depending on the trainer, delivery, duration and the composition of participants.
