SAFe for Teams
The official SAFe course for teams on an Agile Release Train: the role of a team on an ART, PI Planning, iterations and team backlog, built-in quality and continuous delivery. With SAFe Practitioner (SP) certification.
SAFe for Teams enables a complete team to take on its role on an Agile Release Train (ART) and deliver together with other teams. Over two days, participants learn how an ART is built and operates, how a Program Increment (PI) is planned and executed through PI Planning and how iterations, the team backlog and built-in quality work together. We deliver the course as an internal (private) training directly inside your organisation – tailored to your context.
