SAFe Scrum Master teaches the Scrum Master role in the context of the Scaled Agile Framework. Over two days, participants learn how a Scrum Master supports not just a single team but the interplay across the whole Agile Release Train (ART), how to facilitate iteration events and how to play a key role in PI Planning. We deliver the course as an internal (private) training directly inside your organisation – tailored to your context.
