Clément Nussbaumer

Clément Nussbaumer is an experienced Systems Engineer at PostFinance, where he develops and maintains 30 vanilla Kubernetes clusters hosting critical applications like card payment services and online banking portals. He holds a Master's degree in Communication Systems from EPFL and has expertise in Kubernetes, Linux, Golang, and networking protocols.

As an active open-source contributor, Clément maintains kubenurse (400+ GitHub stars) and kubelet-csr-approver (200+ stars), and has contributed to projects like Kubernetes, VictoriaMetrics, and ingress-nginx. His diverse background spans aerospace software development, homomorphic encryption research, and farm automation solutions.

Clément enjoys sharing his knowledge through speaking engagements and has recently presented at KubeCon EU 2025 and Kubernetes Community Days Zürich 2024, sharing insights on cluster migration, network monitoring, and infrastructure operations. Since 2025, he has been sharing his cloud-native expertise as a technical trainer at Letsboot.
