Protection measures

The Letsboot protection concept for your safety

The health of our participants as well as our course instructors and employees is our top priority. Therefore, based on the health guidelines of the Federal Office of Public Health and any regional, municipal or cantonal regulations, we have taken protective and hygienic measures. Always with the aim of ensuring the safest and most pleasant course situation for all of us.

Remote Option

Each participant always has the option to attend courses remotely. If a participant cannot or does not wish to comply with the measures, or prefers not to participate on site for other reasons, we ensure smooth participation via videoconference, also in the case of mixed training courses.

Disinfectants

Sufficient disinfectants for hands as well as for surfaces or equipment are available at all our locations.

Keeping your distance

Care is taken to ensure that all participants as well as trainers can keep the necessary distance at all times. All tasks are solved individually, so that no "sitting together" is necessary. If assistance is needed, remote desktop solutions are used to maintain the distance between trainers and participants. Care will be taken to ensure that the capacity of the rooms is in accordance with the teaching requirements and in accordance with the current rules.

Protective masks

There is a general obligation to wear masks in our training centers. This is especially valid for the whole duration of the course, also while sitting and especially for the course instructor. Participants who cannot or do not want to wear a mask are asked to participate remotely.

Exception: If all participants and trainers present a valid certificate and the room allows the distance to be kept, the mask can be dispensed with during the seated training.

There is no longer a mask requirement for courses after 18.2.2022.

Cleaning

It is ensured with the respective provider of the course room that necessary cleaning measures are carried out, especially on door handles and other frequently touched surfaces.

Protection of risk groups

We ask people who belong to a risk group to attend our trainings virtually. The same applies to persons who have symptoms of illness that could indicate COVID-19.

Certificate requirement for on-site public trainings

For public trainings a valid COVID-19 certificate is required from participants attending on site. Participants who cannot or do not wish to present a certificate are requested to attend remotely.

Test recommendation

We ask all participants to take a self-test immediately prior to the course.

There is no test recommendation or certificate obligation for courses from 18.2.2022.
