Empower people to Master Agentic AI

You help people work agentically: with AI and agents across the whole SDLC, from product management and requirements engineering through architecture and code to testing and operations.

• Teach – hands-on courses in German and English, real tasks instead of slides.
• Sparring – work with customer teams on their requirements, code and workflows.
• Build – golden paths, blueprints, skills, MCP servers, plugins, labs and exercises.

Golden Paths and Blueprints are tested routes from a task to a useful result: a good requirement, the right context, suitable tools, verifiable quality criteria. Participants should understand why an approach works and where its limits are.

Agentic (Software Engineering|Product|Tech-Leadership|Tech-aligned .*)

• Core: the agentic SDLC – product discovery, requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, operations.
• Plus: tech management, product & requirements engineering, platform and workflow engineering.
• Your participants: software engineers, product owners, requirements engineers, scrum masters, platform engineers, UX/UI, people managers of technical teams, technical leads and CTOs.
• Tech-aligned means: everyone connected to the SDLC – Jira tickets, specifications, designs, releases – whether hands-on in the code or leading ten engineering teams.
• Our customers: mostly large Swiss companies in banking, insurance, retail, industry and public administration.
• Course topics: from Agentic Software Engineering through Agentic Requirements & Product Engineering to Agentic Tech Management.
• Altitude: from a single prompt to building your own agent harness.

Your toolset

• Claude App, Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Copilot – and your own harness when the task calls for it.
• Projects, skills, context and memory, MCP and connectors, APIs, browser and workflow automation.
• With your own harness: tool calls, agent loops, permissions, human approvals, evals, observability.
• You do not need to master all of it. Solid hands-on practice and fast learning are enough.

What you bring

• Engineering in a larger company – you know Scrum or SAFe, product owners, architecture guidelines, security and compliance from your own experience.
• Several years of software engineering practice – backend and frontend, code, APIs, data, tests, architectural decisions.
• Solid DevOps basics – pipelines, deployment and operations are familiar ground; you do not need to be a specialist there.
• Requirements and workflow engineering – turning goals into clear tasks and verifiable acceptance criteria.
• Daily practice with AI and agents – including reviewing the output. You show us live how you work.
• Enjoyment of teaching, confident delivery – pace and depth matched to the participants.
• Fluent German and English – both languages are required.

Your place at Letsboot

• Workload: 60–80%.
• Salary: CHF 120,000–135,000 gross per year at 100%, including bonus. (Actual amount depends on the workload.)
• Where: courses on site with customers across Switzerland, otherwise remote or at the office in Basel.
• Plus: 5 weeks of holiday, conferences, talks and certifications wanted and supported.
