Raphael Antonietti played a key role in the broad rollout of Claude Code and an agentic SDLC across several development teams. He brings exactly the experience teams need when they move to agentic software development: he knows how to set up the tools and how developers use them productively in their daily work.
His focus is AI steering, guiding agents so that clean and maintainable code comes out. He works with multi-agent systems and subagents, harness engineering and spec-driven development, with Claude Code as well as OpenAI Codex.
He built the foundation for this as a frontend and full-stack developer, from retail to the federal administration, with JavaScript frameworks, Java and Spring. As a trained interaction designer, he thinks first about the people who work with a tool.
At letsboot he teaches training courses and sparring sessions on Claude Code and agentic software engineering, hands-on and with many examples from his own work in development teams.
