Manisha De is Product Owner for Service Provision Tools (SPT) at Swisscom, where she’s responsible for reliable broadband provisioning of internet, TV, and voice services across more than 60 ISPs and millions of FTTH and DSL customers. Before that, as Product Owner SRE, she drove the scaling of site reliability engineering practices at Swisscom and co-developed the Network Assistant and SRE Copilot — AI-powered multi-agent tools running on AWS Bedrock for network health analysis.
Before moving into product ownership, Manisha worked as a Senior DevOps Engineer in Mobile Packet Core and as a DevOps Engineer, including building CI/CD pipelines on Kubernetes and Jenkins. Her career began as a Network Engineer at Ericsson (CDMA, WCDMA, LTE) and with a research internship at CERN.
Manisha speaks regularly at conferences such as DevOpsDays Zurich (GitOps with GitLab CI and Flux CD) and received Swisscom’s Learning Leader Gold Award.
