Jonas Felix

Since the late 90s, Jonas has been active in software and system development. From 2004 to 2016, he built a specialized software company with a team of 25 developers, which he successfully sold. (He also developed one of the first LinkedIn-style platforms in Europe back in 2004.) Afterwards, he started a SaaS startup, launched letsboot.ch, and was significantly involved in several software projects, from architecture, development, DevSecOps to cloud migration.

Currently, he focuses on the growing lab and course-environment platform of Letsboot, coaches and onboards trainers, and actively co-develops various courses. He brings extensive knowledge and practical experience to each of his courses and sparring sessions.

Since 2016, Jonas has trained over 1100 people in more than 100 trainings worldwide. His courses are practical, up-to-date, and inspiring. As a sought-after speaker, he appears at international conferences – from Switzerland to Japan – and is a topic leader at renowned development events.

Jonas is also the founder of the "Agentic Engineering Day" brand and initiator of the first major Agentic Engineering Conference in Zurich in November 2026.
