Instructor
Gregor von Flüe is a Software Engineer, Developer Experience specialist, and AI engineering pioneer based in Lucerne. He has been working at Adcubum AG for more than eight years, where he helped shape the developer productivity platform as a Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer, and now drives the strategic evolution of the developer environment as Product Owner. His daily work focuses on how software teams can build faster and better through modern tooling, AI-supported workflows, and well-designed processes.
His technical foundation is broad and deep: Gregor masters a dozen programming languages, including Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, and TypeScript, and is at home in cloud-native environments built around Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm. As a certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), he knows the challenges of running productive container platforms from hands-on experience. His strongest enthusiasm lies in AI engineering: he is a recognized Claude Code expert and shows how teams can integrate agent-based workflows and AI-assisted product engineering into their daily work.
Gregor has also been teaching at TEKO Swiss Technical College since 2018, where he guides aspiring software engineers in object-oriented programming. This many years of teaching have given him a strong sense for explaining complex concepts in a clear, practical way. At Letsboot, he shares his knowledge of agentic engineering, AI-supported software development, and modern developer experience.
