How do Sparring Sessions work?
Our sparring sessions can be organised and carried out easily and without much effort. Depending on the customer's needs, we organise the form, timing and content to support the objectives set.
Choice of number & form of sessions
Sparring sessions are secluded vessels for targeted know-how transfer, each lasting half a day. You can choose between two and six sessions. The sessions can be organised as half or full days on site or remotely. Depending on requirements, the sessions can be scheduled close together or at some distance from each other.
Preparatory call with expert
During the call, the challenges and objectives of the sparring session are defined so that our experts can optimally prepare for the session.
Carrying out the sparring sessions
The content of the implementation depends on the individual customer's needs and can vary greatly. In some cases, it makes sense to leave some time between the individual sessions so that the findings can be tried out and applied on the job.
Conclusion
At the end of the sparring session series, our experts create a compact document with the most important findings and recommendations for action. The handover of this document to the client marks the end of the sparring sessions.
