Gregor von Flüe

Gregor von Flüe is a software engineer, developer experience specialist, and AI engineering pioneer based in Horw near Lucerne. He has spent over eight years at Adcubum AG, where he has shaped the developer productivity platform as a Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer and now drives its strategic evolution as Product Owner. At the heart of his work is a single question: how can software teams develop faster and better with modern tooling, AI-assisted workflows, and well-designed processes?

His technical foundation is both broad and deep. Gregor is fluent in a dozen programming languages — including Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, and TypeScript — and is at home in cloud-native environments with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm. As a Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), he understands the real-world demands of productive container platforms. His greatest enthusiasm lies in AI Engineering: he is a recognised Claude Code expert and guides teams on how to integrate agent-based workflows and AI-assisted product engineering into their daily practice.

Since 2018, Gregor has taught at TEKO Schweizerische Fachschule, mentoring aspiring developers in object-oriented programming. This long-standing teaching practice has given him a sharp instinct for making complex concepts accessible and hands-on.
